Privacy summary: AppMinutes is a screen-time tracking utility. App usage details, selected app names, package names, daily targets, and usage history are processed and stored locally on your device. AppMinutes uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for limited app analytics and diagnostics, subject to the choices available in the app's Settings.
This Privacy Policy explains how TimeFish (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the AppMinutes Android application (“AppMinutes” or the “App”).
By using AppMinutes, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. When Android asks you to grant a permission, you may accept or decline it. Some App features will not work without the permissions required for those features.
With your permission, AppMinutes uses Android's Usage Access functionality to calculate screen-time information for apps you choose to track. This may include:
This information is used to provide AppMinutes features such as live progress, target alerts, notifications, and usage history. AppMinutes does not upload the names of your tracked apps, their package names, your exact app-usage history, session times, or daily targets to our servers.
If Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase may collect limited technical and interaction information, such as:
We do not intentionally send tracked app names, package names, exact usage durations, exact targets, installed-app lists, search queries, or notification contents to Firebase Analytics.
If crash diagnostics are enabled, Firebase Crashlytics may collect information needed to diagnose crashes and stability problems, such as:
We do not intentionally attach app names, package names, exact screen-time values, exact daily targets, or your selected-app list to Crashlytics reports.

We use information only for purposes such as:
We do not use your app-usage history to build an advertising profile. AppMinutes v1 does not contain third-party advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers used to operate and improve the App:
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. You may review Firebase Privacy and Security information and Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
You can control AppMinutes in the following ways:
Previously transmitted Analytics or Crashlytics records may remain for the retention period applied by Google and cannot always be linked back to an identifiable person, particularly because AppMinutes does not require an account.
App-usage details, targets, and history are stored locally in AppMinutes' private app storage. They remain until you remove them, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or until AppMinutes automatically removes old records under its current history-retention rules.
Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained according to the configuration and retention settings of the relevant Firebase service. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. Local App data is stored within Android's app-specific storage, and data transmitted to Firebase services is sent using encrypted network connections. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AppMinutes is not designed primarily for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review the matter.
Firebase service providers may process limited Analytics or Crashlytics data in countries other than the country in which you live. These locations may have different data-protection laws. Google describes its safeguards and processing practices in its applicable privacy and data-processing documentation.
AppMinutes v1 does not require account creation and does not provide cloud sync of tracked-app usage history. Because there is no AppMinutes account, we generally cannot identify or retrieve a particular user's locally stored usage history.
AppMinutes may introduce optional paid features in a future version. Digital purchases on Android will be processed through Google Play Billing. We will not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. If a future feature changes our data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required in-app or Google Play disclosures before or when that feature is released.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to AppMinutes, legal requirements, or our service providers. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. When a change materially affects your privacy, we may also provide an in-app notice or another appropriate notification.
